The goal of our newest club is to inspire wonder and challenge the imagination of our young people  with farm life and the nature surrounding it. Flint Hill Farm is located on 26 beautiful acres, with plenty of farm, forests, and fields to explore!

Every session students  will be outside walking in the woods and exploring the grasslands.  Adventurous activities and grade appropriate crafts  are geared to teach kids about farm culture, Pennsylvania history and stewardship of land, water & air.

Some examples include:

  • Candle Making - creating their own candles with our home grown herbs, spices, and flowers.

  • Bird Feeder Making - creating their own bird feeders out of squash and produce grown in the garden

  • Nature Guides - finding and creating their own plant ID guide to PA's forest with plants they collect

  • "Archaeologist" Dig - Flint Hill Farm has a ton of history, above and below ground! We will teach campers how to set up a basic grid dig site and how to dig for items. (Although not guaranteed to find anything, we have found glass bottles dating back to the late 1800's)

  • And many more!

To attend an Adventure Club session, participants must be registered by the Wednesday before camp that week. Only pre-registered children will be allowed to participate, thank you for understanding.

Camp will run rain or shine, please dress your campers appropriately for the weather that day. No open-toed shoes allowed.

No cash refunds, 50% of your deposit can applied to another session if the camper cannot attend the original session.

She recently graduated from University of Delaware with a major in Animal and Food Science, and has experience with camps and working with children. She had a blast as camp leader over the summer, and is excited to develop and lead Adventure Club. You can read more on her farm blog by clicking here.
