Farming Experience
The farm week will introduce campers to the source of their food, good soil practices, composting, earth worms and local pollinators. The expanded “Woods and Pasture walk” developed in collaboration with the PA Department of Forestry will introduce campers to the area’s rich natural resources. Since the farm is also a Registered a Certified Raw Milk Goat Dairy, the campers will be involved with the daily feeding and care of our dairy herd. Each day has a different theme: Horses and their care, Goats/Cows-Dairy and Cheesemaking, Garden and woods, Chickens-housing, feeding and care/eggs. Friday is Parents Day. Put the time aside to come and see what your campers learned! Calves are due between July and August!
Requirements for Full Day Camps:
All campers must bring a full lunch box, extra snack, and water. You are welcome to bring cash for our farm store. All campers should have an extra pair of clothes, sunscreen, bug repellent, as well as a rain slicker for inclement weather.

Whether your camper has chosen the farm’s horseback riding or farming experience, your child will never forget their time here at Flint Hill Farm Summer Camp. We are located on 27 acres on the top of Flint Hill in beautiful Lehigh County.

Camper Goals:
-
Team work ethic

Increased self-esteem
-
Greater awareness of food choice options
